Level 1:

Wrong propeller position (CW/CCW mismatch)

Cracked propeller

Loose propeller

Action:

Reinstall correctly

Replace damaged prop

Tighten properly

Level 2:

Possible Cause:

Motor partially damaged

Debris stuck inside motor

Loose motor screws

Action:

Spin motor manually to check resistance

Clean debris

Tighten mounting screws

Level 3:

Possible Cause:

One ESC not delivering full power

Improper solder joint

Action:

Test ESC signal

Replace ESC

Resolder connections

Level 4:

Possible Cause:

IMU malfunction

Corrupt firmware

Flight controller damage

Action:

Recalibrate IMU

Reflash firmware

Replace flight controller
